🌱 Local ProductionYour print is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address. This reduces carbon emissions by up to 67% compared to international shipping.

- Europe & UK: 3 to 7 business days.
- USA & Canada: 3 to 6 business days.
- Rest of the World: 5 to 10 business days.
Note: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
📦 How is it packaged?I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition.
- Small Prints (A4 and smaller): Shipped flat in rigid, protective cardboard envelopes.
- Large Prints (A3 and larger): Shipped in sturdy triangular tubes. Why triangular? They are stronger than round tubes and cannot roll away during transit.
- Framed Prints: The frame and the poster are packed together (but unmounted to prevent damage). The frame comes with protective corners, and the print is safely secured in an inner folder.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy 🛡️
Because every print is custom-made to order just for you (Print-on-Demand), I cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size.
HOWEVER, I offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in case of damage.
💔 What if my order arrives damaged?If your print arrives damaged, bent, or with a printing defect, I will replace it for free. You do not need to return the damaged item.
📝 The Simple Procedure:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged print AND a photo of the damaged packaging.
- Email me via the contact page within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- I will arrange a free replacement to be shipped to you immediately.
📍 Lost PackagesIf the tracking states “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if the package is lost by the carrier, please contact me. After a quick investigation with the carrier, I will send a replacement free of charge.
