When you fill out a contact form, book a tour, or download a guide, we may collect:

- Contact: Email address, Phone number / WhatsApp.
- Project Details: Date of event, location preferences, personal messages.
- Shipping Info: Postal address (only if you order physical prints).

- Pages visited and time spent on the Site (via Google Analytics).
3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

- Service Execution: To respond to your inquiries, secure your booking, and organize the photoshoot.
- Communication: To send you the “Client Guide”, weather updates, or meeting point details (via Email or WhatsApp).
- Delivery: To send you the link to your private online gallery.
- Order Fulfillment: To process print orders via our partner Gelato.
4. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
We never sell your personal data. However, we share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers to run our business:
- Private Drivers: For “Photo Tours”, your pick-up location and name may be shared with our licensed driver partners.
- Gelato: If you order prints, your name and address are shared with Gelato for printing and shipping.
- Google Analytics: Anonymous data is used to understand website traffic.
- WPForms: Our form submission technology provider.
5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
Security: This Site uses SSL encryption (https) to protect your data during transmission.
Retention:
- Client Files (Contracts/Invoices): Kept for 10 years as required by Portuguese tax law.
- Photographs: Your edited photos are kept in archives for at least 1 year. RAW files are deleted after the final delivery.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE RIGHTS
When you book a photoshoot, you are entering into a contract for the creation of images.
- Private Gallery: Your photos are delivered in a password-protected gallery.
- Portfolio Use: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we may use a selection of images for our professional portfolio (website/Instagram) to showcase our work. If you wish for the session to remain 100% private (NDA), please inform us before the booking.
