4 sisters photographed in the same position during 36 years
Every year since 1975, the American photographer Nicholas Nixon takes in the same position (from right to left Heather, Mimi, Bebe and Laurie) the face of the four sisters Brown. They were older at the beginning of the project from 15 to 25 years old, we can see them growing up / aging through this series of photos “Brown Sisters”. This artistic project has taken 36 years and it is frankly splendid / interesting to go from the first photo to the last.

Elles étaient plus âgées au début du projet de 15 à 25 ans, on peut les voir grandir / vieillir à travers cette série de photos “Brown Sisters”. Ce projet artistique a duré 36 ans et il est franchement splendide / intéressant de passer de la première à la dernière photo.
